1. Good Design Aesthetics
2. Be able to research and develop new concepts.
3. Be able to work under given timelines.
4. Create inspirational mood boards and concept sketches to support the creation of new designs based on quality research.
5. Work closely with Head of Design to design and create new collections for the Indian/International market
6. Keep up to date with local as well as international trends
7. With a strong ability to convert Ideas to sketches both hand and digital followed by spec sheets & Orthography/3D views
8. Good command of software like Corel draw & Photoshop with an understanding of Jewel Cad, Rhino Or Matrix.
9. Be able to work on Microsoft office
10. Knowledge of 3D visualization & Manufacturing techniques
11. You are always up for new challenges.
12. Cooperate with internal teams and respond to requests and provide necessary design specifications.
13. Good communication skills and be able to work as a team.

Experience: 1-2 years in Gems & Jewellery industry

Qualification: Design Graduate in Jewellery/ Accessory design from NIFT, Pearl Academy or any other premier design school
