
Job Description
What you will do
- Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations and company’s objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer reactions and sales figures to determine product needs.
- Determine the need for and implement product promotions, price changes, clear outs, etc.
- Interact with product development team to gather insights on cost of raw materials and price of finished jewelry.
- Follow jewelry design publications, exhibitions, etc. to understand new design trends.
- Provide visual references of concepts to designers.
- Form hypothesis of new design modifications required for different price points.
- Give instructions to designers in terms of product type, size, dimension, shape and materials as per the conducted research.
- Present the new products to the marketing team and brainstorm ideas to maximize the reach of the product.

What we need from you
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail, or related field.
- 8+ years of work experience as a Merchandiser in the jewelry industry(Manufacturing background)
- Strong knowledge in US market. (MUST have)
