Position Duties: • Ensure daily production is ran efficiently through different departments • Consult and review all incoming orders and prepare technical needs • Find efficient ways to push orders through in the shortest amount of time • Liaison between client and production team • Plan production calendar and confirm customer requests • Follow up with department supervisors for updates as well as problems Qualifications: • Minimum of 1 year in the Jewelry Industry • Highly organized & detail oriented • High Energy • Problem Solver • Ability to work in fast paced environment • GIA certification in a plus
