You will be responsible for providing excellent client service, cultivating a professional and pleasant environment. The Sales Associate will: 1-Provide coverage on the sales floor and assist clients 2-Oversee the general store maintenance 3-Be goal oriented and sales driven but understand that truly caring about the client and exceeding their expectations is key to their success. 4-Possess excellent communication and people skills; you love talking to people to learn more about them and you enjoy what you do. 5-Be enthusiastic with a "can-do" attitude, self-motivated, and above all else, you're client-focused and do whatever it takes to create a magical experience. 6-Enjoy working as part of a team and roll up your sleeve when necessary to get the job done. ⦁ Genuine love and passion for fashion jewelry. ⦁ Ensure desired brand philosophy and experience is being fostered through customer interactions ⦁ Build a high performing selling environment that is always committed to exceeding customer’s expectations and delivering the highest level of customer service.
