We are looking for SALES EXECUTIVE  for our Madurai Location having knowledge of Sales and services related to Jewellery industry.

Retail Sales Executive Job Description:

To achieve the sales targets by engaging with the customers and assisting them to choose the jewelry and completing the sales transaction in line with the Company SOP. 

Retail Sales Executive Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible to achieve the individual sales target and executing the company’s strategies to enhance the store’s profit. 
• Receive the customer in a welcoming manner and engage with them to understand their requirements. 
• Provide excellent customer service, educate customers 
• To ensure customer delight in each sale.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with the Manager for business improvement. 
• Report the sold stock to the section head for maintaining inventory; ensure timely stock replenishment. 
• Generate customer leads and increase customer footfall. 
• Acquire knowledge in all sections of the store such as billing, cash, OMS, packing, etc. 
• Assist in BTL marketing. 

Retail Sales Executive Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales.
• Education: Any degree
• Basic knowledge about computer
• Male or female candidate can apply
• Good knowledge about the jewellery products.
• Languages: Tamil and English and other
