  • Problem Shooting 
  • Lead Generation
  • Exhibition Participation And Preparation
  • Encourage And Motivate Sales Team To Work On Given Target
  • Order Follow-Up In The Production Cycle And Wip Check
  • Client Sample Line Selection At The Company And Through Anydesk Or Team Viewer
  • Voucher Follow-Up Of Diamond, Gold, And Repairing
  • Client Urgent Order Parcel Follow-Up
  • Material Follow-Up To Client Selection
  • Procurement Follow-Up Before Casting
  • Customer Code Making From The Logistic Department
  • Take Daily Work Reporting From Sales Team
  • Identify And Solve Problems Of Sales Team
  • Encourage And Motivate Sales Team To Work On Given Target 
  • Sales Related All Work

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in the luxury retail or jewelry sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing trends and analytics tools.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to solve problems effectively.
  • Knowledge of the Surat market and consumer behavior is a plus.
