- Client Sample Line Selection At The Company And Through Anydesk Or Team Viewer
- Voucher Follow-Up Of Diamond, Gold, And Repairing
- Client Urgent Order Parcel Follow-Up
- Material Follow-Up To Client Selection
- Procurement Follow-Up Before Casting
- Customer Code Making From The Logistic Department
- Take Daily Work Reporting From Sales Team
- Identify And Solve Problems Of Sales Team
- Encourage And Motivate Sales Team To Work On Given Target
- Sales Related All Work
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in the luxury retail or jewelry sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing trends and analytics tools.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to solve problems effectively.
- Knowledge of the Surat market and consumer behavior is a plus.
