Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert knowledge on our range of diamonds and fine jewellery.
• Conduct sales presentations and guide customers through the buying process.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty.
• Achieve personal and team sales targets.
• Manage inventory and display merchandise attractively.
• Ensure the counter is presentable and adheres to our company standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in diamond jewellery sales.
• Strong communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Knowledge of diamonds (cuts, quality, and certification).
• Proven ability to meet sales goals.
• Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
