As a Retail Jewelry Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Create attractive and eye-catching displays to showcase our jewelry collections
• Ensure that the store is visually appealing and organized at all times
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer preferences and trends
• Assist customers in selecting the perfect jewelry pieces and provide product information
• Keep up-to-date with the latest jewelry trends and market demands
• Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner
• Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative merchandising ideas

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail merchandising, preferably in the jewelry industry
• Strong knowledge of jewelry materials, gemstones, and designs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to create visually appealing displays
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills
