Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist customers in their jewelry selection process by providing product information, suggesting suitable options, and answering their queries.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure a personalized shopping experience.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, seeking resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Guest Relation Executive or in a similar customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-centric approach with the ability to handle various customer personalities.
• Knowledge of jewelry and gemstones is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficient in using computer systems and point-of-sale software.
• Fluency in English and Tamil is required. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
