Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall operations of the showroom, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and staff supervision.
• Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided by the showroom team at all times.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their queries, concerns, and feedback.
• Train and motivate the showroom staff to meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to increase sales revenue.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities and events.
• Maintain a clean and visually appealing showroom environment that showcases our products effectively.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the jewelry or luxury retail industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Sound knowledge of jewelry products, trends, and industry standards.
• Ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies to achieve targets.
• Proficient in inventory management systems and point-of-sale software.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and during peak seasons.
