Responsibilities:

·     Experience in Business Development in property acquisition for Company retail supermarket stores.

·    Getting Retail Store properties in Malls and High streets.

·      Exposure in property legal clearance by conducting Legal due diligence and providing document checklist to legal department for legal clearance, working according to brand specifications and requirements

·   Negotiate for the company in terms of rental renegotiation, self-property acquisitions, Deposit settlements.
