Responsible for revenue generation through marketing activities . Responsible for achieving sales targets set by the organization through Marketing Team. Supervise all marketing MTMs . Responsible for networking with major industry players and Gather information's on competitors marketing strategy and their activities. Verify reports of the marketing employee and cross check the authenticity by calling through phone. Concentrate on BTL activities. Ensure the follow ups on all address collected. Invite the customers through phone whom the marketing employee have already met. Visit and invite premium customers directly. Ensure that marketing persons are available in all areas coming under the shop, if not inform HR department about this matter. Monitor the GPS application . Build a good relationship with the potential customer and get business for the organization. Ensure proper training for subordinate. Generation of various marketing MIS reports. Manage the Hoarding boards. Perform other duties assigned by management from time to time
