
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Create memorable shopping experience with every customer who walks in.
- Gain product knowledge.
- Focus on selling standards of the company and promoting the products in our stores.
- Build and maintain a personal book of clients & build lifetime loyalty through customer outreach.
- Use fast seller reports to review Anmol Swarn product sales.
- Reorder product as needed and order new seasonal products as they become available.
- Work with marketing team to coordinate for product promotions.
- Review brochures.
- Meet and work with sales team of the company periodically.
- Manage inventory to be organised and well maintained.
- Train and assist other sales Associates in selling company's products and other jewellery products as and when needed.
- Have good computer skills.
- Utilize Social media to reach out and market to customers.
- Maintain a growth mindset for the company's Merchandising department.
Experience:
- 3+ years of Experience in a retail setting of fashion jewellery or apparel/accessory industry.
- Excellent communication skills to listen to customers needs and recommend appropriate merchandise.
- Connect with customers through regular emails and social media.
- Polished personal presentations.
- Attention to details
- Outstanding work ethic and sense of integrity.
Should be Flexible in travelling
