With a rich heritage and a modern approach to business, we have established ourselves as a leader in the luxury jewellery market. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate B2B Jewellery Sales Executive to join our team in Mumbai and help expand our reach within the industry.

 

Job Description: 

 

As a B2B Jewellery Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with business clients, understanding their needs, and presenting them with products that exceed their expectations. 

 

Your role involves strategic prospecting, presenting collections, negotiating deals, and providing exceptional after-sales service. You will be the face of Navaratna Maaligai, embodying our brand and ensuring satisfaction at every turn.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential business clients, including high-end retailers, boutiques, and other luxury goods stores.
  • Present our jewellery collections to prospective clients through private showings, trade shows, and sales meetings.
  • Develop tailored proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals while maintaining profitability.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing your sales pipeline.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
  • Gather market intelligence and stay updated on industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with our design and production teams to provide feedback from clients and help in crafting bespoke pieces when required.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the luxury goods or jewellery industry.
  • Strong networking ability with a track record of successful client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend trade events.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Knowledge of the jewellery industry and an understanding of gemstones and craftsmanship.
