We are looking for an Operations Executive who can wear many hats and carry out the below mentioned responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Book and keep track of daily shipments
• Maintaining data and statistics related to company operations
• Coordinate with insurance agency for weekly reports and claims
• Competitor website audit and price check with recommendations basis the same
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and for billing
• Coordinate with accounts team to raise invoices and sending invoices to customers
• Order packaging
• Keep track of inventory and stock levels
• Sourcing and developing vendors when needed and coordinating with existing vendors
• Day to day documentation and follow-ups
• Regular and marketing campaign related website edits and up-keep
• Assist in organizing and participating in events and exhibitions and provide company wide operations support when required.
• Sending Whatsapp blasts to a segmented customer database

Start date: as soon as possible

Location: Lower Parel

Requirements:

• Exceptional English communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on their feet
• Ability to convey information with confidence and in a simple manner
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
• Strong work ethic, initiative, positive attitude and high-energy
• Microsoft Office skills especially basic Excel
• Graduate in any specification
• Knowledge of Shopify is a bonus
• Previous experience with an e-commerce brand is a plus
