ORRA Jewellery is  seeking an experienced, customer driven and dynamic Retail Store Manager to oversee our flagship store in Hyderabad. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, setting performance targets and providing ongoing training and guidance.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize store profitability.
• Monitor inventory levels, ensure proper visual merchandising, and implement loss prevention measures.
• Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring that every customer receives personalized attention and a memorable shopping experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their queries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events, product launches, and customer engagement activities.
• Prepare sales reports, analyze key performance indicators, and provide actionable recommendations for enhancing store performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar leadership role within the luxury retail industry.
• In-depth knowledge of jewellery products, industry trends, and customer preferences.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on building customer relationships.
• Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in using retail management software and MS Office applications.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
