Roles & Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with a welcoming smile, providing a top-notch shopping experience.
• Show an understanding of our jewelry collection and services to educate and engage customers.
• Conduct sales transactions efficiently while upholding store policies.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Manage inventory and stock levels on the sales floor.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet store goals and create a positive work environment.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus.
• No previous work experience required; we provide comprehensive training.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus.
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner.
• Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
