Responsibilities

• Placing purchase orders (re-orders and special orders) with vendors and designers weekly
• Receiving, entering, photographing and managing inventory into the company Inventory/POS system and website
• Work with other PMJ stores in making sure the allocation and distribution of merchandise happens smoothly
• Managing and maintaining correspondences with outside parties including clients, vendors, and designers as needed
• Ensuring all targets and deadlines are being followed up on and met
• Assisting with improving inventory control, maintaining inventory and vendor databases. 
• Assisting with shipping and receiving all inbound and outbound shipments and coordination with Inventory Team in other store locations.

Skills

• This position requires previous inventory experience- both entering inventory into an inventory database as well as creating purchase orders
• This position has heavy data entry, and requires good computer skills. Hands on experience with MS Office is a must
• Previous experience working with Inventory Management in Retail stores is preferred
