We are looking for a Jewellery Production Manager who has strong knowledge & experience in gold and diamond jewellery manufacturing.

Brief job description :

Understanding the demand requirement of customers; planning and monitoring production process; coordinating with other departments; ensuring quality check of the finished product and delivery of jewellery on time as per order.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Planning and organising production schedule
• Liaise with the supply chain team for constant material availability to ensure increased efficiency and optimum productivity.
• Assessing project and resource requirements
• Ensure adherence to approved quality standards, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and agreed specifications.
• Planning of production activities in terms of output quality and quantity, cost, time available and labour requirements.
• Organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
• Take corrective action required for anticipated or actual problems and delays.
   

Desired Candidate Profile
 

• Excellent knowledge of Production Planning & Quality Control Principles
• Proven Experience in 5 - 8 Years as Production Manager in Jewellery Manufacturing
• Ability to manage a process driven team and leadership qualities.
• The individual must have ability to motivate and manage team.
• Sense of urgency and ability to manage and prioritize multiple work requirements
• Should have good communication skills
