Job Description
We are looking for a Quality Analyst in customer support Department with minimum of 2+years of experience in the related field. Experience in a jewellery industry will be preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular software audits.
- Maintain working knowledge of quality standards.
- Develop and perform quality test processes.
- Make recommendations for repairing defects.
- Create, review and refine user experience documents.
- Participates in bi-weekly meetings with IT department.
