Job Description

We are looking for a Quality Analyst in customer support Department with minimum of 2+years of experience in the related field. Experience in a jewellery industry will be preferred.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular software audits.
  • Maintain working knowledge of quality standards.
  • Develop and perform quality test processes.
  • Make recommendations for repairing defects.
  • Create, review and refine user experience documents.
  • Participates in bi-weekly meetings with IT department.
