We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Showroom Manager to join our team in Coimbatore.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring smooth functioning and excellent customer service.
• Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experience.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
• Train and mentor staff to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock availability.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to create an attractive and enticing shopping environment.
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries, resolving them promptly and professionally.
• Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and provide insights to senior management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Showroom Manager or in a similar role within the jewelry industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of jewelry products, trends, and market dynamics.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and Point of Sale (POS) software.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
