Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional customer service.
• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, setting performance goals and providing training and guidance.
• Manage inventory levels, monitor stock movement, and ensure proper visual merchandising.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, providing personalized service and resolving any issues or complaints.
• Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to maximize sales and achieve targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities to drive footfall and increase brand visibility.
• Monitor competitors' activities and market trends to stay updated and make informed business decisions.
• Maintain store cleanliness, security, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
