C K Jain Jewellers  is looking for an energetic and passionate Retail Sales Executive to join our team!

As a Retail Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales in our retail stores by providing excellent customer service, understanding customer needs, and promoting our products.

Retail Sales Executive Job Responsibilities: 

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to increase sales and customer loyalty
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products in order to maximize sales 
• Monitor stock levels and ensure shelves are well-stocked 
• Ensure the store is kept clean and presentable 
• Provide product information and advice to customers 
• Process payments accurately and efficiently 
• Greet customers as they enter the store 
• Understand customer needs and provide solutions 
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism.
