
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct customers to the right jewellery section as required.
- Provide accurate information to customers.
- Stay up-to-date with new products designs and new trends in market.
- Answer Customers questions about specific products and services.
- Handle the all level customers independently and to clear their doubts.
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing.
- Taking care of customers by organising chairs and refreshments.
- Liaise with store manager for discounts and other offer provided by the company.
- Able to communicate effectively with regular and new customers.
- Coordinate with required internal teams.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Any degree / diploma with min 2 years experience in Retail Jewellery business.
- Able to retain new customers on regular basis.
- Excellent Communication Skill.
