We are looking for SALES EXECUTIVE for our Delhi Location having knowledge of Sales and services related to Jewellery industry.
Job Description:
To achieve the sales targets by engaging with the customers and assisting them to choose the jewelry and completing the sales transaction in line with the Company SOP.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to achieve the individual sales target and executing the company’s strategies to enhance the store’s profit.
- Receive the customer in a welcoming manner and engage with them to understand their requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service, educate customers on benefits of Malabar Promises and product details
-To ensure customer delight in each sale.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with the Manager for business improvement.
- Report the sold stock to the section head for maintaining inventory; ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Generate customer leads and increase customer footfall.
- Acquire knowledge in all sections of the store such as billing, cash, OMS, packing, etc. - Assist in BTL marketing.
