We are looking for  candidates, who are experienced in retail sales with good communication skills and a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:

• Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
• Selling diamond & gold jewellery.
• Maintaining the stock, making counter sales.
• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
• Building and maintaining a CRM database.
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Participating in sales team meetings.

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in jewellery store or any luxury retail. 
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic computer skills and handling of POS systems.
• Sales savvy and comfortable handling customers on the floor.
