Job Description

This opening is for our company BVC Logistics. The senior executive will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, assessing client-specific needs, promoting and selling BVC Logistics services, and maintaining sales goals and objectives, within a specified large geography.

 

  • Arriving and implementing strategies to increase market share, profit, customer satisfaction and team motivation.
  • Responsible for the creation, execution of sales plan and revenue target in alignment with business objectives.
  • Maintain long term relationships with customers to generate additional revenue for the organization
  • Identify and enlarge Targeted Customer Base and Industry to map potential customers and generate leads/new opportunities.
  • Work in coordination with the Pricing/ Procurement team to provide the best possible quote to international clients as well as secure a good margin for the company too.
  • Ensuring Proper training, mentoring, coaching is given to the team members thereby contributing to the organizational success.
  • Develop other stations in the north region and coordinate with the sales team in each station.

 

Essential Skills & Specification

 

  • Minimum 4 -5 years of experience
  • Minimum 1 year of managing a sales team
  • Excellent communicator, well networked and a street-smart individual.
  • Ability to lead & motivate a high-performance sales team
  • Good presentation & analytical skills.
  • Innovative, generating original solutions and lots of ideas.

 

CTC - Up to 4.5 lacs p. a.
