Job Description
Understand sales techniques by observing sales staff, acquiring product knowledge, and supporting to complete the sales transaction.
- Responsible to achieve the individual sales target.
- Greet and receive customers in a welcoming manner and engage with them to understand their requirements.
- Acquire product knowledge and learn & understand how to sell.
- Build awareness of the products and services provided by the competitors and report to superiors on the latest trends in the market.
- Responsible for a proper and attractive display of the products.
- Count & tally the stock on a daily basis and ensure proper handling of products.
- Generate customer leads and increase customer footfall.
- Assist in BTL marketing.
