Job Description
We are looking for well experienced and talented candidate for Senior Operations Manager role with 10+ years of experience in Jewellery Background.
Responsibilities:
- Drive and implement the business plan for area of responsibility to achieve facility goals (e.g., production, quality, safety) and implement operational improvements.
- Supervise and manage associates and leaders in area of responsibility by giving direction, monitoring performance and providing feedback; identifying training and for development needs.
- Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends
- Forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Analyze and improve organizational process and workflow, employee and space requirements, and equipment layout; implement changes.
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
- Accomplish operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Meet or exceed operations labor budget expectations.
- Responsible for all department managers and supervisors(Manufacturing , Accounts, Production , Design unit, Sales team), with review/approval responsibility for all operations employees.
Requirements:
- 10+ years experience in management, operations, and leadership.
- Will be incharge of 3-4 branches.
- Must be smart with Excel and able to get work done with Team
- Also Get the Job works done given to Outside agencies.
- Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related field.
- Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
- Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.
- Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Solid understanding of financial management.
