Role Intro- Lead – Senior QA Tester We are looking for an experienced and result-driven QA Tester to join our dedicated Global IT team!

Your Key Responsibilities
 Meeting with the software/product designers to determine quality assurance parameters.  Leading the QA team in designing QA test procedures.  Overseeing the drafting of testing documents.  Implementing testing procedures and overseeing the QA process.  Plan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy  Troubleshooting quality issues and modifying test procedures.  Conducting analysis checks on product specifications.  Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement  Reviewing Quality Assurance reports.

Delivering Joy
 Ensuring the successful deployment of products into the market.  Responding to requests from the design team and management.  Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management
Desirables  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Product Management or relevant field.  Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role  Experience in project management and QA methodology  Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus  Ability to document and troubleshoot errors  Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. qTest, Zephyr) and SQL  Excellent communication skills  Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude  Minimum 5 years of experience

Reporting
The Senior QA Tester reports directly to Senior Quality Assurance Manager of VGL.
