Job Responsibilities:

• Utilize advanced gemological instruments and tools for accurate assessment.
• Prepare detailed grading reports and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and SGL Labs' quality protocols.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior graders.
• Collaborate with the quality control team to maintain high standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in diamond grading.
• Professional certification from a recognized gemological institute (e.g., GIA, IGI).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with gemological equipment and software.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
