Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect and acquire new B2B clients within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Present and promote our extensive range of jewellery collections to potential B2B clients.
- Provide professional advice and guidance on choosing the right jewellery pieces based on customer preferences and market trends.
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements with B2B clients.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in B2B jewellery sales, preferably within the luxury jewellery industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of various jewellery types, gemstones, and market trends.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B jewellery sales.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of the jewellery industry, including diamond grading, gemstone identification, and jewellery manufacturing processes.
