Responsibilities

• Supervise employees, work to improve retail performance, set sales goals, and assist customers. 
• Recruiting and training store associates, determining schedules for employees, and providing advice on gem and material selection.
• Arranging stock 
• Training staff in effective sales and communication strategies.
• The jewelry store manager also plans and prepares work schedules for jewelry store personnel, assigns employees to specific duty requirements of the store
• Communicating with vendors to identify new trends in jewelry styles and materials.
