Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the store.
• Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment.
• Set and achieve sales targets while maintaining operational excellence.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Train and develop staff to ensure a high level of competence and salesmanship.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards according to brand guidelines.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure the security of high-value items.
• Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales volumes to maximize profits.
• Liaise with head office and other store managers to ensure consistency and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Floor Manager or similar managerial role in the retail sector, preferably in jewellery or high-end luxury goods.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical skills with a solid understanding of retail metrics.
• Familiarity with inventory management software.
• A flair for creating a pleasant shopping environment for customers.
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred.
