Key Responsibilities:

• Order Management: Efficiently process and manage customer orders from initiation to completion. Ensure accuracy in order entries and maintain up-to-date records.
• Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure availability of materials and products. Conduct regular stock checks and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
• Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the production team to ensure that all products meet the company’s quality standards. Assist in conducting quality checks and coordinating necessary adjustments.
• Coordination with Designers: Work closely with jewelry designers to understand project requirements, facilitate communication, and ensure timely completion of designs.
• Supplier Liaison: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers. Coordinate the procurement of materials and negotiate prices to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of transactions, inventory, customer interactions, and other relevant activities. Prepare reports as required by management.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum diploma or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the jewelry or fashion industry.
• Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of inventory management practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality.
• Language: Proficiency in English and local languages is preferred.
