Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies to support the overall business objectives of the jewelry company
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition into the organization
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Monitor and evaluate employee satisfaction levels through surveys and feedback mechanisms, and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws, regulations, and industry standards in relation to employment practices
- Coordinate and deliver training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge in areas such as customer service, sales techniques, and product knowledge
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonus schemes, and employee insurance plans
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HR activities, such as personnel files, leave records,

Requirements:

-Atleast 5 yrs experience in HR role managing 360 degree of all HR activities

-Previous experience working in Jewelry Industry is a big plus

-Fluent in English and Hindi.
