Job Description: 

As a Jewellery Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing the export market operations of Uni Design Jewellery. 

Your role will involve developing and implementing merchandising strategies, coordinating with international clients, and ensuring timely delivery of orders. 

Your expertise in the export market will be crucial in identifying opportunities and trends, as well as establishing strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute merchandising strategies to meet the demands of international markets
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to create jewellery collections that align with global trends
• Liaise with international clients to understand their requirements and provide exceptional customer service
• Manage the order process from inquiry to delivery, ensuring timely production and shipment
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to stay competitive in the export market
• Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international buyers, agents, and distributors
• Coordinate with logistics and shipping partners to ensure smooth delivery of orders
• Provide product training and support to the sales team for effective client presentations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Jewellery Merchandiser in the export market
• Strong knowledge of international jewellery trends, market dynamics, and customer preferences
• Proven track record of successfully managing international client relationships and driving sales growth
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients from diverse cultures
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in export documentation and procedures
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
