Responsibilities:

• Perform diamond polishing according to established quality standards and specifications.
• Operate and maintain diamond polishing equipment, including polishing wheels, laps, and diamond cutting tools.
• Inspect diamonds for any imperfections or flaws and determine the appropriate polishing techniques.
• Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure the desired finish and quality of each diamond.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring the safe handling and storage of diamonds.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of polishing tasks.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Diamond Polisher in the jewelry industry.
• In-depth knowledge of diamond polishing techniques, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to analyze diamonds for flaws and determine the appropriate polishing methods.
• Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to handle delicate diamonds and operate polishing equipment.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines in a jewelry manufacturing setting.
