Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of finished jewelry pieces to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
• Perform visual examinations and functional tests to identify any defects or imperfections, such as scratches, dents, loose stones, or faulty clasps.
• Verify the accuracy of gemstone settings, metal purity, and overall product specifications.
• Document and report any quality issues or deviations from standards, providing detailed feedback to the production team.
• Collaborate with other departments, including production, design, and customer service, to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and quality control procedures.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and manufacturing techniques to enhance your expertise.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in quality control within the jewelry industry is highly preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of jewelry manufacturing processes, materials, and gemstone settings.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong ability to identify even the smallest defects.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to jewelry quality control.
• Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and provide feedback.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced production environment.
• Proficient in using quality control tools and equipment.
