1.     Role Summary

The VM Manager will be responsible for all activities in the showroom related to the Visual Representation to enhance the look of jewellery which forms part of collections or as standalone show pieces. The role would also include store décor for festive occasions, launches, promos etc. 

2.    Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of the VM Manager include, but are not limited to the following:

• Designing and and fabrication of all store VM related material
• VM material would be required for highlighting product categories / Collections in show windows in stores as well as the overall store look & feel during festive occasions
• Ensure the VM kits reach stores on time with sufficient instructions for their installation
• Monitor the implementation of VM across stores
• Coordinate with Design, Marketing, Product & Store teams to gather relevant inputs to work on a VM calendar

3.    Desired Competencies

·         Ability to understand fabrication as well as modularity of VM kits for easy installation

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·         Experience: At least 3-4 years in a similar role in Lifestyle retail

·         Age: ~30 years

·         Showroom sales target achievement

·         Compliance of showroom with all statutory requirements

·         Cost control

·         Customer conversion % for showroom

·         Frequent monitoring of competitor activity
