• Creating and overseeing production calendar, following up on deadlines at every process touchpoint
• Sourcing all materials for production from current and external vendors, ensuring best value and timing for company
• Settle on costing for materials and produced goods
• Mentor and manage inventory and production teams
• Constantly evaluate current processes and innovative/optimize where necessary

Skills-

• Previous experience working in fine jewelry is required
• Knowledge about materials sourcing and price negotiation
• An ability to mentor and oversee team members in a fast-paced environment
• A strong desire to innovate and change processes wherever needed
