The ideal profile for the role will look like this:

• Manage daily incoming order flow, process orders and manage a team of packers to pack as per SOPs
• QCing of the work done by packers and monitoring their efficiency
• Following up with vendors and suppliers for product/packaging procurements
• Maintaining product inventory and packaging inventory on a daily basis
• Daily reporting of metrics to track warehouse performance
• Co-ordianting with 3PL players for daily pickups/drop offs
• 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management

Skillset needed

• Strong proficiency working with computers
• Ability to solve day-to-day operational problems
• Ability to manage a team and track performance
• Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedure and policy
• Bias for action and a result oriented attitude and thought process
