Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with current and potential customers through direct contact and follow-up
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests
  Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products/services
• Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments
• Resolve customer disputes in a professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
•  Proactively identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to improve customer service
• According to the customer needs, lab grown diamond concepts should be briefed in detail.
• Websites should be surfed for regular price monitoring.
• Uploading New and Customised products in website.
• Enquiries and queries should be addressed immediately and should be escalated to the concern dept.
• Attending social media queries based on location and reverting to the appropriate showrooms regarding the same.
• Customers follow ups are mandatory on social medias and at all circumstances.
• Reports should be generated on time.
• Supporting the management in sales and willing to travel during marketing EXPOs.
• Assisting showrooms for stock related queries and knowledge in stock management.
• Knowledge in franchise order handling and vendor management.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred 
• Previous experience in a similar role 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
• Being a highly interactive position, the CRM must have excellent communication skills and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills that will ensure these reports and presentations are clear, concise, and convincing.
• Candidate must have sound knowledge in Gold and Diamond.
• Candidate must be proficient in System and MS Office.
• The candidate must also have an ability to create strong, meaningful, and long-lasting relationships. He must be likeable and easily relatable in order facilitate cross-functional interactions and, most importantly, consumer relationships.
