Wondr Diamonds is looking to hire an experienced Store Manager for their new Madurai Store. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our jewelry products, including their features, materials, and pricing.
• Provide professional guidance and assistance to customers in selecting the perfect jewelry pieces for their needs.
• Ensure the store is visually appealing, clean, and well-organized at all times.
• Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to ensure accurate product availability.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events and campaigns.
• Train new hires on sales techniques, product knowledge, and store policies.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in jewelry retail management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Extensive knowledge of different types of jewelry, gemstones, and precious metals.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other relevant retail software.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
