Wondr Diamonds is seeking Jewelry Retail Sales Officer for Madurai Store. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting sales.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand customers’ needs and preferences to recommend appropriate jewelry pieces
• Provide accurate product information and pricing to customers
• Maintain a clean and organized store appearance
• Process sales transactions and handle cash/credit card payments
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
• Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewelry industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent customer service orientation
• Knowledge of jewelry products, including materials, gemstones, and designs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Basic computer skills for processing sales transactions
• Fluency in English and Tamil is required
