Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers to the store in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Provide professional and knowledgeable assistance to customers in selecting jewellery that meets their needs and preferences.
• Conduct sales presentations and provide detailed information about the features and benefits of our products.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions with accuracy.
• Assist in the display of merchandise and ensure the store is presentable at all times.
• Participate in inventory management and ensure stock levels are maintained.
• Address and resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Stay up-to-date with new product launches and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve collective sales goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Officer or similar role, preferably in the jewellery or luxury retail sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for sales with a customer-oriented approach.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to stand for extended periods.
• Atleast Graduate Degree is a must
• Fluent in English and local languages.
