Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers with high levels of enthusiasm and professionalism.

- Provide detailed information and advice on our jewellery collections.

- Achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

- Conduct sales transactions and manage financial activities with accuracy.

- Maintain the appearance of the store, ensuring it is always clean and inviting.

- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.

- Participate in all training and development initiatives, staying informed about the latest products and trends.

Requirements:

- Male candidates only.

- Proven experience in luxury retail sales is highly preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong understanding of customer service standards in the luxury retail industry.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.

- High level of personal presentation and professionalism.

- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and during peak business periods.

- Basic understanding of computer and POS (Point Of Sale) systems.
