Mintly connects the right Jewellery talent with the right hiring manager. Jewellery professionals can browse jobs for free, post resumes in a few clicks, be noticed by top brands, speak to the Hr directly  and get hired.

Jewellery brands can post their job requirement on our job board, avail our premium services, acquire the best talents in the industry, and conduct background checks.

We were 6 year old in the Hiring Space. Since our launch in September 2016 we have been focused on Retail, IT and Engineering Industries. During COVID, we found a bigger talent skill gap problem in the Jewelry Industry. In Feb 2021, we pivoted further to focus only on the very niche Jewellery Industry.

Currently we are focused on major jewellery hubs in India such as Mumbai, Jaipur, Surat, Chennai and Bengaluru cities.

We are a 10 member team distributed across cities in India and USA. In 2022, Mintly has set a target to onboard 1M Jewellery professionals (White Collar, Blue Collar workers) and 10K Brands in the Industry.
