Founded in 1973, Shantivijay Jewels is a publicly listed company with the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) since 1995.
The company has grown into a multi-million dollar organization with operations in Australia, Asia, Caribbean Island, Middle East, Europe, United States of America and various other countries.
Since its establishment, the design bank of the company has grown to include over 20,000 unique and exquisite designs adapted for markets all over the world.
Shantivijay Jewels own two subsidiary companies:
1)Shantivijay Jewels international Ltd in Mauritius.
2) Shantivijay Impex FZCO in Dubai, UAE.
Collectively, the Shantivijay group export fine jewellery to over 20 countries worldwide.
In the year 1989 - The company's export division is set up to understand markets and trends in different countries. Shantivijay Jewels took part in international trade fairs and exhibitions in Australia, Bahrain, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Qatar, Singapore, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States of America & various other countries.
In the year 1991 - A manufacturing unit is established to set a benchmark for a quality and design.
In the year 1991-1994 - High demand for the company's product enabled it to grow substantially.
In the year 1994-95
The company decides to opt for an extensive expansion plan. A manufacturing unit equipped with the state of the art machinery, high-end software and a skilled workforce to implement rigorous quality control is set up at SEEPZ Special Economic Zone, Mumbai.
In the year 1995 - Shantivijay Jewels become a public limited company by becoming listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange(BSE).
In the year 1998 - A new business venture is launched by forming a 100% subsidiary company is Mauritius named Shantivijay Jewels International Ltd. Subsequently, the Mauritius branch set up its own branch office in Sharjah, UAE.
In the year 2002 - To cater to the high demand for Shantivijay products, the company started manufacturing Jewellery in China.
In the year 2004 - Shantivijay Jewels International Ltd. shifted operation from Sharaj to Jebel Ali, Free Trade Zone, Gold & Diamond Park, Dubai as Shantivijay Impex FZCO
In the year 2005 - The company is involved in upgrading machines, improving quality and expanding market throughout the world.
