  • You will be responsible for managing staffing needs, organizing training programs for workers, and continuously developing their skills. 
  • Additionally, you will monitor the performance of the factory staff, enforce compliance with health and safety regulations, and ensure all production orders are completed in a timely manner. 
  • As the head, you will oversee overall profit and process implementation and will be responsible for motivating the staff, implementing new technology, and ensuring the implementation of processes across all factories.


Key Accountabilities- 


  • Monitoring the factory operations and supervise and execute the production process.
  • Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations, daily routines, and production process. 
  • Maintain pre-delivery standards.
  • Develop new talent for polki and diamond manufacturing. 
  • Effectively manage and visit all the factory units, ensure process implementation and target delivery. 
  • Training the workers on working effectively with control on gold/ diamond loss.
  • Organize inter-departmental meetings with functional teams on a predefined agenda for smooth working.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of produced goods.
  • Manage the profits of the factory unit. 
  • Explore new technology and machines to improve overall efficiency. 
  • Maintain inventory and production records.


Experience & Qualifications-


  • Qualification (Must/Desirable): Any graduate/ postgraduate 
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years with 5 years in managing production preferably in Jewelry Industry 
  • Proven ability to drive and implement the production process and PPC. 
  • Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a factory.
  • Proven experience in driving production based on customer needs and ensuring timely delivery. 
  • Experience in production and inventory management as well as quality control.
  • Ability to achieve set targets on time and the ability to multitask.
  • Sound knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment.
    Ability to manage people and provide training as per the requirement.
